    صيفنا إبداع: Ramadan dishes in English

    السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
    حبيت انزل هذا الموضوع حول الاطباق الرمضانيه و طريقه اعدادها
    يعني كل واحدة تحب تشاركنا بطبق رمضاني
    تكتب المكونات و صورة للطبق
    واللي تحب تكتبلنا طريقة التحضير جزاها الف خير
    بس اهم شي يكون بالانجليزي
    ان شاء الله نفيد و نستفيد
    و اذا اي واحدة عندها طلب تكتب اسم الطبق و ان شاء الله راح نكتب المقادير لها
    حياكم الله

        i will start with my favorite desert

        cheesecake

        GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:
        1/3 c. butter, melted
        1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
        1/4 c. sugar
        Combine butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar; press firmly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. You may use prepared large graham cracker crust from store if desired.
        CHEESECAKE
        2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
        1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
        3 eggs
        1/4 c. lemon juice
        1/4 c. raspberries, substitute other ingredients as desired
        Beat cream cheese in container until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs, lemon juice and fruit; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. I have used a blender to prepare the above with excellent results. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until set.Optional Topping: If desired, top with 1 (8 oz.) container of sour cream and bake 5 minutes longer. Cool and chill. Garnish with raspberry topping.
        Raspberry Topping: Combine 2/3 cup syrup drained from 1 (10 oz.) package thawed frozen red raspberries, 1/4 cup red raspberry jam and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Cook in small saucepan and stir until slightly thickened and clear. Cool and stir in raspberries.
        Suggestions: before pouring cheesecake batter into pan, put whole raspberries on bottom of prepared pan and cover with cheesecake batter.

                    ورررق العنب



                    Just we need


                    a large jar stuffed grape leaves

                    cup of rice and the 2

                    tomato small section of the 2

                    onion, minced 2

                    parsley + mint green Mvromen

                    salt

                    pepper

                    cup lemon juice

                    cup olive oil

                    two tablespoons clank

                    pieces of potato and pieces of tomato

                        Ingredients:

                        4 cup rice

                        ½ teaspoon saffron

                        ¼ cup warm water

                        ¼ cup oil

                        1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

                        2-4 pieces of garlic, minced

                        2 tablets large onions, minced

                        ½ cup cilantro, chopped

                        1 teaspoon Hill, crushed

                        1 cinnamon promises (students)

                        2 teaspoon spices thickness

                        1 teaspoon cumin

                        ½ teaspoon of the Lomé dryer, milled

                        1 tablespoon salt

                        1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper

                        1 kilo shrimp, peeled

                        4 cups water


                        Way:

                        1) Wash rice and soak in salted water for 20 minutes.

                        2) Soak saffron in warm water, leave to one side.

                        3) in the average-sized Heat the oil, add ginger, garlic, onion,

                        Cook for 4-5 minutes until it becomes golden in color.

                        4) Add the coriander and cook for about a minute.

                        5) Add cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, cumin, Lummi, salt

                        And pepper. Add the shrimp. My heart on fire strong 4-5 minutes until it becomes

                        Shrimp and pink.

                        6) at the system of the shrimp at the bottom of the pot.

                        7) The leader of rice over shrimp.

                        8) Add the water quietly, to the fire leaves a strong message to the boil then cover pot

                        Eased and fire, leave the shrimp is cooked Alynar quiet for 20-25 minutes

                        Or to impregnate all the water and the rice is cooked.

                          Well ; my favourite dish is a Moroccan one
                          It's the famous Pastilla

                          It's a typical Moroccan dish
                          We have two types
                          Pastilla with fish
                          and
                          Pastilla with chicken

                            Cut the potatoes into sticks

                            Put it in a dish full of water and salt for a while

                            Put it in so hot oil for only five minutes

                            Put the potatoes on a butter paper to make it without any oil

                            Put it in a bag in the frezer for half an hour or more

                            Get it out and put it immedietely in the hot oil
