Regions of International Latitude and longitude lines
“ international Cultural Project “
For all those who are concerned with international, humanitarian, cultural and social Affairs
Dear sirs ,
This project aims to found and establish the idea and notion of international culture of such regions across areas and spots where lines of latitudes and longitudes meet in the geographical international net .
Such an aim may be attained by defining certain areas by intersection of two longitude and two latitude lines thus forming a square on the face of the sphere . Such squares should be considered as independent geographical sites, i.e. each square represents a specifically “ identified geographical site”.
This is based on the sphere being parted or divided into longitude lines and hypothetical latitude circles in order to define certain sites and as well, to study weather and climate thereof.
Longitude lines extending from the north pole to the south pole , equated by the equator, have divided the sphere into 360 longitude lines, half of which is situated East of Greenwich longitude line . The other half is situated on the west longitude line of Greenwich, with a longitude degree of Zero.
Latitude lines or circles have also divided the sphere into 180 latitude circles, half of which is situated north of the equator and the other half is situated south of the equator with a latitude degree of Zero.
Therefore on such hypothetical bases, geographical areas will be founded on realistic grounds when international latitude and longitude lines meet and intersect as factual and distinguished regions on the sphere and should be considered international and Cultural regions objective of which is to communicate, liaise and directly be in touch with other citizens resident in other areas extended on the very lines of latitude and longitude.
Such communication should be volitional and be pratised by means of a cultural league of regions situated within intersection of the International longitude and latitude lines, “International Domestic Society “ for communication, Geographical, social, cultural , humanitarian and economical liason.
Such project will be initiated and launched from GARYOUNIS Cultural region in Libya which is situated on the intersection and meet of longitude line 20 degree, east of Greenwich and latitude Line 32 degree north of the equator and heading straight ahead through the international paths across and as long as the longitude and latitude lines extend so to establish such an AIM:
“INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL REGIONS “
