    من حبي للكيك ولطرق تزيين الكيك دخلت على مواقع اجنبية ولقيت طرق تزيين روعة

    قلت بمكن تفيدكم ونحاول نطور افكارنا بتزيين الكيك



    I LOVE making purse cakes. They are so much fun to do. So, when Linda said she wanted one I jumped at the chance!


    This one is a blue and black Juicy Couture bag. The cake inside is white cake with vanilla buttercream, covered in fondant. I was petrified to try to come close to the logo, but I don't think I did too bad considering it was freehand and I ABSOLUTELY SUCK AT DRAWING! ;0

    An old friend was told about my cakes and said something about not believing that I was really doing them and that she'd have to see the process unfold. So, for you Teri, I took a few pics:





    Started with an 11x15" sheet cake...











    Torted and stacked it...








    Iced it...













    Colored some fondant...














    Rolled it out...






    Laid it on the cake...

    Dirt Cake Recipe

    Kids love this dirt cake recipe. It looks like dirt, but it tastes scrumptious with its rich, chocolaty flavor.
    Use your imagination and have fun with this. Cut gummi worms in half and have them "crawling" out of the dirt, serve with a garden trowel, or bury some of the worms for little ones to find by digging with their spoons. This is a cake that's as entertaining as it is delicious!



    Dirt Cake

    Ingredients:

    1 large bag chocolate sandwich cookies
    1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 cups milk
    2 large boxes of vanilla instant pudding
    1 (8 oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping
    8 inch flower pot
    Artificial flower (for decoration)



    Directions:


    1. Crush the cookies in a blender or food processor and set aside.
    2. Cream together the butter and cream cheese.
    3. In large bowl, mix the vanilla pudding and milk. Add cream cheese mixture and the non-dairy whipped topping. Beat together until thoroughly mixed.
    4. Line the flower pot with foil. In the flower pot, layer the cookie mixture, then the pudding mixture, then the cookie mixture, ending with the cookie mixture (to resemble dirt).
    5. Add the flower to the top.

    This yellow cake recipe is a simply delicious made from scratch cake that can be frosted with almost any flavor frosting.

    It is moist and delicious, the perfect dessert after a home cooked meal.



    Yellow Cake

    Ingredients:
    1/3 cup softened shortening
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 1/4 cups flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup milk



    Directions:
    1. Cream softened shortening and butter. Add the eggs to the mixture, mix well.
    2. Sift together all dry ingredients and add to the creamy mixture. Stir in milk and vanilla.
    3. Bake at 350F in two 9 inch round cake pans for 25 to 30 minutes.
    3. Frost with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting (recipe below).



    Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
    Ingredients:
    3/4 cup baking cocoa
    2-2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
    6 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
    5 tablespoons milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Directions:
    1. Combine cocoa and sugar in a bowl.
    2. With an electric mixer, cream the butter with 1/2 cup of the cocoa/sugar mixture in a medium bowl.
    3. Add the remaining cocoa/sugar mixture alternately with milk, beating to spreading consistency.
    4. Blend in vanilla. Makes 2 cups.

    Pecan Pie Cheesecake Ingredients:

    8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/3 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
    1 1/2 cup pecan halves
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 cup sugar
    2/3 cup light corn syrup
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla



    Pecan Pie Cheesecake Directions:
    1. Combine cream cheese, egg, heavy whipping cream, 1/3 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy.
    2. Spread over bottom of pie shell. Arrange pecans on the cream cheese mixture.
    3. Mix remaining eggs, sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla, stirring well.
    4. Carefully pour over the pecans. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
