Salam alykum
I tried a low calorie diet. About 900 calorie. I lost about 8Kilo last month. It is hard in the begining when your body is craving carbs.
Simply,
You are allowed two servings or protien, each serving is 100 grams, and must be taken 3-4 hours aprt.
6 egg white is one serving of protien.
protiene must be white meat only, chicken breast, tuna, or white fish, you can have red meat with no fat 2 times a week only.
You are allowed 2 serving of bread. a total of 100 calorie.
you are allowed 2 fruite servings or certine types of fruite not everything. If anyone is interested i can put more infor here.
vegetables , yo can eat a total of 460 grams perday.
Also not everything... specific types. Tomatos, peper, cucmber, lettus, coliflower, broccli, greens ingeneral.. etc,
YOu must take vitamins eveyrday it is extreamly important.
