القصه باختصار .. بنت عمي مشتركه في حمله لنشر الاسلام عن طريق القروباتYahoo Groups .. وهذا الرد اللي وصلهاا.. رجــــــــــــاءاً اللي متمكنه من الانجليزي وعندها اسلوب مقنع للرد لا تبخل علينا ولها الاجر ان شاء الله..

This is quite a rewrite of Islam. Some have been so harsh as to call it a psychosexual
social cult ... I can't argue with that, really. Read the life of Mohammad, about his
wives (some of that would shock good Christians, especially the young 9 year old(s)).
As in Mormonism, women have no souls. Heaven for the good Muslim is a bevy of
whores ... tell me that is a high status for women and children? Read about the blood
tax and young sons. Tell me that is an answer to those suffering from the paucity in
their personal relationships with God, and the lack of tradition, discipline, 'mysticism'
if you will in their own faith systems? Look at what the penalty is for converting out of
Islam? What is the Islamic social attitude towards Christians? Can they own property?
Can they practice medicine and education in Islamic countries?
Fr John Romanides used to say he totally understood why Protestants are converting to
Islam... they never were Christians, having no understanding of who Christ is. Christ
to the Muslims is merely an inferior prophet. That would make sense to those who
respond to the underlying non-Christian God who would kill His own son in
retribution. There is so much in Islam that is familiar to four square Protestants ... the
numbering system of the Bible, prooftexting, among them. The political numbers
evangelism, the spiritual irresponsibility (lack of personal faith and personal
responsibility) that is behind so many movements to idolize one human person and
grant them control over ourselves --- the need for cult. The need for >>feeling<<< and
group identity that is so lacking in the American individuation/sectarian culture. Plus
we are as a culture sick morally and sexually, and Islam capitalizes on this repressed
desire to let-it-all-go -- goodness, heaven is a bevy of sexual partners of our own
desire ... look at our present state of moral anarchy. Of course, Islam looks good to
the primary culture. Its our turn in America to respond to Islam. But first we must
learn our own Orthodox Christian Ethos. We must remember "The Alamo" - the
crusades, the Ottoman empire, the Blood Tax, and the sexual violence that is in the
tradition and ethos of Islam.
At the root of conversions -- whether they are from Protestant, Catholic, or even
Orthodox religions -- are superficial faith formations. The priority of economic and
external success and signs of election leave Americans hollow. Americans are
chocolate soldiers, cliche driven 'Christians', with no idea of suffering. Islam has
always been good for us in that way. The Orthodox have suffered under Islam, like
not even Hitler could have dreamed of.
Again, this reiterates the need to learn about our ethos, ethi -- it reminds us that this is
an important and not an optional, incidental priority.
America will come to know Islam. If Islam becomes a major force in America, and in
politics, there will be nothing like it. Yuppie John-Boy's enlisting in the Taliban will not
be foreign, it will be homebred.
