PAYMENT TERMS:

VARIANT - A Irrevocable, Fully Funded, Transferable, Confirmed Letter of Credit being issued for each month shipment payable 100% at sight.
The last month shipments will be paid by the Irrevocable Fully Funded Prime Bank Guarantee covering last month value.

VARIANT - B Irrevocable, Fully Funded, Transferable, Revolving, Confirming Stand-By Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight for the total value. This Letter of Credit will be Revolving every month for 12 Months and to the monthly value and will continue Revolving up to the total value.

VARIANT - C T/T payment directly from Buyers Bank to Sellers bank for each shipment. The last 3 (three) months shipments will be paid by the Irrevocable Fully Funded Prime Bank Guarantee.

AGREEMENT PROCEDURES



ПРОЦЕДУРЫ СОГЛАШЕНИЯ
1. Within 3-international banking days from receipt of Agreement by the Buyer, the Buyer signs, seals and stamps the Agreement, and return it to Seller for his signature, sealing and stamping.
1. В течение 3-международных банковских дней с момента получения Контракта Покупателем, Покупатель подписывает Контракт, ставит Печать и возвращает Продавцу для его подписи.
Simultaneously with the signing, sealing and stamping of the Agreement by the Buyer, Buyer’s bank will issue to Seller’s bank by SWIFT the RWA official Letter. The texts of the Financial Instruments of Agreement will be attached to the RWA official Letter from Buyer’s bank.
Одновременно с подписанием Контракта Покупателем, банк Покупателя должен послать в Банк Продавца по SWIFT официальное Письмо RWA. Тесты Финансовых Инструментов Контракта должны быть присоединены к официальному Письму RWA от банка Покупателя.
2. Within 7-international banking days from receipt of the Agreement from Buyer, duly signed, sealed and stamped by the Buyer, and upon receipt at Seller’s Bank the RWA from Buyer’s Bank, the Seller will sign, seal and stamp the Agreement and Seller’s Bank will issue the Proof of Product to Buyer’s Bank by SWIFT MT 799.
2. В течение 7-международных банковских дней с момента получения Контракта от Покупателя, должным образом подписанного Покупателем, и с момента получения RWA от Банка Покупателя, Продавец подпишет Контракт, поставит печать, и Банк Продавца выпустит Доказательство Продукта к Банку Покупателя по SWIFTMT 799.
3. Within 3-international banking days of signing and exchanging Agreement and from receipt of the Proof of Product from Seller’s Bank, the Buyer’s Bank will issue the Financial Instruments in favour of the Seller at Seller’s Bank, according to the RWA Official Letter from Buyer’s Bank in accordance with Agreement.

В течение 3-международных банковских дней после подписания и обмена Контракта и получения Доказательства Продукта от Банка Продавца, Банк Покупателя выпустит Финансовые Инструменты в пользу Продавца к банку Продавца, согласно Официальному Письму RWA от Банка Покупателя в соответствии с Контрактом.
4. The Financial Instruments are issued, confirmed and guaranteed by a TOP world prime bank acceptable to Seller, in accordance with the Agreement.
4. Финансовые Инструменты должны быть выпущены, подтверждены и гарантированыПервокласснымМеждународным ТОП Банком, приемлемым для Продавца, в соответствии с Контракта.

5. Within 10-international banking days of the receipt, verification and authentication of Buyer’s Financial Instruments, the Seller will issue a 2% Performance Bond for the value of the Financial Instruments.
5. В течение 10-международных банковских дней после получения Продавцом, проверки и установления подлинности Финансовых Инструментов от Покупателя, Продавец выпустит 2%-ое Обязательство Работы равное ценности Финансовых Инструментов.

6. The initial shipment of 12,500/mt product loads within 30-45 days from the date of receipt, verification and authentication of Buyer’s Financial Instruments at Seller’s bank, and continues until the Agreement quantity is shipped and delivered.

6. Первая отгрузка 12,500/mt продукта будет выполнена в течение 30-45 дней с момента получения Продавцом, проверки и установления подлинности Финансовых Инструментов Банком Продавца, и действует до тех пор, пока количество по Контракту не отправлено и не поставлено.

7. Payment will be released to the Seller upon negotiation of shipping ????????????????????????????????????????????????s at the Seller’s bank. Partialshipmentsareallowed.
7. Оплата будет выполнена Продавцу в банк Продавца против полученных отгрузочных документов. Частичные отгрузки допускаются.

8. Within 21-days of Buyer and Seller signing the Agreement, the Buyer will advise the Seller in writing the particulars of the discharge ports relevant to Agreement.
8. В пределах 21-дня после подписания Контракта Покупателем и Продавцом, Покупатель сообщает Продавцу письменно подробные сведения о портах разгрузки, соответствующих Контракту.
