I have a question for you I want to buy the SAJ in order to prepare bred and manakish...etc but do not know where or if I can get it in DUBAI. If one of you can help me I'll be more that gratful.

if u live at karama or satwa or near these places i recommend 2 go 2 satwa market , i mean satwa souq where there satwa bus station . u can find it at the shops that sell kitchen and house stuff and these shops are mostly runing by iranians . i bought mine from there . most of these shops located on the left side of the big mosque there (if u r cuming from karama or deira) and the right side if u r cuming from jumairah ,barsha ...etc . but i'm sure u will not lost once u see the big mosque cuz the shops r right by it , look on both sides of the road . u'll see the shops stuff showing outside which u can't miss . if u r so far away from there try the big shops at deira like village gift or albasam near by danata.
