خذي هاي الطريقة وادعيلي
المطلوب :
4 دريم ويب
4 قشدة
4 كريم كراميل
ا حليب أبو قوس
6 ملاعق نيدو بودرة
وبسكويت يغمس في ماء + نسكافيه ( او كاكاو)

تخلط المقادير السابقة عدا البسكويت مدة 30 دقيقة أو حتى تتكاثف الخلطة
في صحن البايركس نصف أو طبقة بسكويت ثم طبقة آيس كريم تليها طبقة بسكويت ثم أيس كريم وهكذا
وتزين حسب الرغبة
كما يمكن خلط نصف المقدار من الآيس كريم ببودرة الكاكاو

ايس كريم الفراولةIngredients:
16 oz ripe strawberries, hulled and halved (4 cups)
2 Tbsp light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups (1 pt) heavy (whipping) cream
Instructions:
1. Mash strawberries with corn syrup in a medium bowl. (You should have 2 2/3 cups.) Add buttermilk and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.
2. Beat heavy cream in a large bowl with a mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form when beaters are lifted. Gently fold in strawberry mixture. Pour into a shallow 2 1/2-to 3-qt metal bowl or pan.
3. Cover and freeze at least 4 hours, stirring once after 2 hours or when edges start to harden. Serve or spoon into an airtight container and freeze up to 1 week. Makes about 10 cups.
Freeze: At least 4 hours
Planning Tip:
May be frozen up to 1 week. If you have an ice cream machine, you can freeze part or all of the mixture (depending on capacity of machine's container), following manufacturer's directions.

ICE CREAM CONE CLOWN
This dessert proves that birthday cakes need not always take center stage. For easier handling, make the cones in batches of four.
• 1 dark chocolate bar
• 4 sugar ice cream cones
• Ice cream (your choice of flavors)
• Shredded coconut
• Candies
Step 1:
Begin by melting a dark-chocolate bar over a double boiler (or in the microwave).
Step 2:
With a brush, paint a thin layer of chocolate onto four sugar cones and set aside.
Step 3:
Place four ice-cream scoops on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper, then wedge on the hats. Decorate each face with candy and coconut.
Step 4:
Freeze for at least two hours, then peel off and place on dessert plates.

Ice Cream Castle Cake
Looking for a way to impress the little princess and princesses at your family's next gathering? Give them their just desserts--a majestic ice cream castle decorated with cinnamon-sugar beach sand, candy shells and beach pebbles, and gummy octopuses.
• 1quart vanilla or coffee ice cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tsp. cinnamon
• Candy seashells, pebbles and gummy octopuses (available at most candy shops)
• A plastic sand castle mold, 5 inches tall and 5 1/4 inches wide (sold in most novelty stores), or a rectangular or cylindrical quart-size Tupperware container
• A toy flag (just cut out a small paper triangle and glue it onto a toothpick)
Step 1:
Allow the ice cream to soften for about 15 minutes at room temperature, then spoon it into your castle mold. Be sure to fully pack any crenellations on the bottom of the mold. Tightly cover the top of the mold with plastic wrap and keep it in the freezer overnight, or until solid.
Step 2:
In a mixing bowl, toss together the sugar and cinnamon to make beach sand. If the color looks too light, add a little more cinnamon or a teaspoon of instant hot chocolate mix.
Step 3:
Cover a large tray with aluminum foil. Fold the edges of the foil into a lip for catching excess cinnamon sugar.
Step 4:
At least 3 hours before serving (or up to several days ahead of time), unmold the castle. Fill a 2- to 3-quart pot with hot tap water. Then remove the mold from the freezer. Holding it open-end up, carefully and quickly (for no more than 2 seconds) dip it into the hot water. The object is to warm the mold without melting more than the surface of the ice cream. Immediately top the mold with the foil-covered serving platter, invert onto a flat working surface and lift off the mold.
Step 5:
Working quickly, sprinkle a generous base coating of cinnamon sugar on the sides and top of the castle. Gather and reserve any spilled cinnamon sugar to use later. Immediately return the castle, uncovered, to the freezer until it is frozen solid (at least 3 hours). Then wrap the castle with aluminum foil until serving time.
Step 6:
Shortly before serving, spread the remaining cinnamon sugar on a flat, foil-covered surface. Remove the ice-cream castle from the freezer, unwrap and roll the sides in the cinnamon sugar. Set the castle on a serving plate and sprinkle the top with more cinnamon sugar. Spread the rest of the cinnamon sugar on the plate to resemble a beach. Add the candy shells and pebbles and the gummy octopuses. Finally, top the castle with the toy flag. Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.

1/4 cup REESE'S PIECES Candies
HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Shell Topping
3 sugar cones
Instructions
Place REESE'S PIECES Candies in a banana split sundae dish.
Place scoops of vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream and strawberry ice cream next to each other in dish.
Pour HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate Shell Topping on one half of each of the scoops of ice cream.
Place sugar cones on top of each scoop (like hats).

Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Banana slices
HERSHEY'S Classic Caramel Topping
Whipped cream
Strawberry
Instructions
Toss banana slices in HERSHEY'S Classic Caramel Topping.
Scoop vanilla ice cream into shallow sundae dish.
Spoon coated banana slices around base of ice cream.
Drizzle sundae with additional caramel topping.
Top with whipped cream and strawberry, if desired.

the Banana Royal Sundae
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
4 teaspoons packed light brown sugar
2 ripe bananas
4 scoops of ice cream
HERSHEY'S Hot Fudge Topping
Whipped cream
Almonds
Maraschino cherry
Instructions
In small heavy skillet, melt butter; stir in brown sugar.
Peel bananas; cut in half lengthwise and then in thirds crosswise. Add to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, just until warm. Spoon banana mixture over 4 individual portions of ice cream.
Heat HERSHEY'S Hot Fudge Topping until warm; pour over banana mixture.
Top with whipped cream, almonds and a maraschino cherry, if desired.
