عندي نفس المشكلة واريد استرجاع ايميلي , لم افتحه منذ شهور ولا اتذكر الرقم السري او انه انسرق ولا اذكر الاجابة السرية وجربت عدة طرق ولم تنفع فهل هناك من يستطيع مساعدتي

أختي وصلتني رسالتك الخاصة أولاً
ثانياً : الإيميل يتم غلقه بعد مرور شهر من عدم فتحه

ما الرسالة التي تظهر لكِ ؟

هل يخبرك أن الباسوورد غير صحيحة

أم تظهر لك صفحة يطلب منك تحديث البريد ( Activation )

وجربت ارسال ايميل للهوت ميل وضعت فيه المعلومات التس اتذكرها عن الايميل ولكن لا فائدة ووصلتني هذه الرسالة منهم

فما الحل ايميلي مهم جدا وففيه ايميلات جميع صديقاتي ولا احفظها جميعها ولم افتحه منذ اشهر بسبب الظروف القاهرة ؟؟؟

طبعا لم افهم بالضبط ماذا تعني الرسالة حاولت ترجمتها ولم افهم الا القليل ولكن لم يساعدوني

فما الحل ايميلي مهم جدا وففيه ايميلات جميع صديقاتي ولا احفظها جميعها ولم افتحه منذ اشهر بسبب الظروف القاهرة ؟؟؟

اختي الغاليه تستطيعين فتح الايميل عن طريق

السؤال السري وهي طريقة سهلة جدا

أختي طريقة الاسترجاع الوحيدة تكون إما عن طريق السؤال السري .. أو الإيميل البديل
اضغطي على Forget Password وواصلي حسب التعليمات

وهناك أمر آخر
لو كان الإيميل لم يفتح منذ أكثر من 30 يوم
فكل ما به من إيميلات أو عناوين سيضيع !
عدا قائمة المسنجر فإنها ستبقى

اختي العزيزة
احسن طريقة ان الله اعطانا نعمة النسيان فأنسي وقومي بعمل ايميل جديد على Yahoo وبس وانسي الحرامية وشرقة الايميل فهذه احسن طريقة ..

وعلماً بأن الياهو له ميزاته الحماية والقوة والكثير..
ولاتفكري بأن الايميل سيسرق ابداً..

وللعملومية بأن ايميل زوجي لقد سرق ولم يجد له حل فنسى وله معلومات كثيرة به . ولقد عمل له ايميل اخر.
