عدم عرض اي صور للحجاب، سواء لباس او ربطات او ما شبه..و هذا بناءا على ما جاءت به دراسة اللجنة من الامانة العامة لهيئة كبار العلماء برقم (924) للاستفتاء بان العباءة الشرعية للمرأة المسلمة ( الجلباب) هى ما تحقق فيها قصد الشارع من كمال الستر والبعد عن الفتنه , وبناء على ذلك فلابد لعباءة المراة لن تتوفر فيها الاوصاف الايته:





1-ان تكون سميكة لا تظهر ما تحتها ,ولا يكون لها خاصيه الالتصاق.



2- ان تكون ساترة لجميع الجسم واسعه لاتبدى تقاطيعه



3- ان تكون مفتوحة من الامام فقط وتكون فتحة الاكمام ضيقة.



4- الا يكون فيها زينة تلفت إليها الأنظار وعليه فلابد ان تخلو من الرسوم والزخارف والكتابات والعلامات.



5- ألاتكون مشابهة للباس الكافرات أو الرجال .



6- أن توضع العباءة علي هامة الرأس ابتداء.



وعلى ما تقدم فان العباءة المذكورة السؤال ليست عباءة شرعيه للمراة فلا يجوز لبسها لعدم توافر الشروط الواجبه فيها ولا لبس غيرها من العباءات التى لم تتوفر فيها الشروط الواجبه.



ولا يجوز كذلك استيرادها ولا تصنيعها ولا بيعها وترويجها بين المسلمين لان ذلك من التعاون على الاثم والعدوان والله جل علا يقول:



" ولا تعاونوا على الاثم والعدوان و اتقوا الله ان الله شديد العقاب"





لذا نمنع المواضيع التي بها عرض لأشكال العبائات و الربطات المخالفة للحجاب الشرعي والتي بها زينة
